EPIC SHOP HUB's RETURN POLICY
We happily take back "Unopened product" for Epic Shop Hub Store's credit. Here are the details:
You must be the original purchaser of the product - and be able to provide an order number, or account email address.
Ship the new, unopened product in a bubble mailer, with your account information and Get Address from us on Email and Send on it
Once received Epic Shop Hub will credit your Store's account for the amount originally paid for the product. You can use this credit on future purchases.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the error or damaged product, reference your order number or the email associated with your account, and we’ll work hard to swiftly [and sweetly] correct the mistake.
